Do I need to sign up in order to purchase?

No, you do not need to sign up in order to purchase, however a signed person have an advantage of own profile where all of the previous purchases can be seen along with their tracking numbers all in one place.

The whole process is maintained by PayPal. Your purchase can be paid in any national currency as funds will be converted by the PayPal and then transferred to our account.

We do not gather any kind of information what so ever neither about you nor your credit cards. After a purchase the whole payment process takes place on secured pages of PayPal and is completely safe.

Purchase Confirmation

After receiving confirmed payment our system will automatically generate a mail containing all the necessary information and the Order No. Also, all of the further updates regarding the package will be sent to your mail as well.

If you have not received any confirmation email after your purchase, please, take a look into your JUNK folder as some email services may mark it as a spam.

Delivery and Pricing

Right now we are offering only the Standard International Package service. We ship only during working days, that means Monday-Friday. 

Delivery time of your plush toy

Delivery time highly depends on the distance the destination country is from the country of origin. Delays can be also made by the customs of the destination country.

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 working days within Europe, *North America is more than 14 working days. *Latin and South America are within 20 to 30 working days. *South-East Asia, Australia and Pacific Islands can take over 25 working days.

Custom orders:

The completion, price and delivery times of custom order are calculated individually depending on the difficulty of the order.

Taxes & Duties

Within the EU borders it is tax and customs free. Other countries are individual and are depending on the domestic laws of the country of destination.
